Empathy towards them is the need of the hour, in addressing their plight. It's been a journey since past till now, that these are the sufferer who don't have a permanent wage and good meal. Their pain is high within a short span of time during that migration journey, that is from place of residence till back home. Greetings all migrant labourer who had been in ancient India, modern India and now. Never ending journey, and deep empathy towards their confidence and hardship despite all support, no support and what not. They don't give and we don't stop catching our eyes on them .

In fact, the images of literally hundreds of migrant workers killed while trudging unbelievable distances home, mainly on foot, do not seemed to have excited the regime at all, as much as ensuring inhuman working hours did..

Migration due to vagaries of nature is understandable. Migration, due to man-made reasons, is migration, against savagery. The savagery of the collectivists. Religious collectivism or Social collectivism, has been the cause of migration of the helpless and the migration of the best. In the last 6 years, India has lost 5 lacks or more of its best, because of unjust laws of the country. The latest migration, is that of the poor, they are forced to migrate because the state has bee empowered to make the citizens, dance to its macabre tune. .

Migrants of all ages do suffer and so family. The plight lies in not addressing them, and if so then addressing incomplete or for least, to ignore them. Migration received a new wave again, like ‘The Great Indian Migration Wave’ of the past.. ! Congrats! .

A minor cause carries with it plentiful of stuff going on. We usually don't notice it but Migration has a lot to do with how it impacts all of us. And we see the blessings now. The plight, and their flight. .

Labours are an integral part of the society and the building blocks, and they should also be given the same privilege and rights as the citizens of India. But at present times they are being suppressed, hope this condition improves with time. Thanks for making an effort for such an article and potraying their situation..

2dy the entire country is troubled by this epidemic, but the laborers of our society r not only hopeless but also they r helpless, they r not able to get food properly nor r they able to manage the family but are escaping with just one hope Even thousands of difficulties r coming up, our governments r making efforts on their behalf, but they r not reducing their needs..

Terrific. The thought of having heard such condition in itself bears the plight - when all said, nobody can understand unless by self faced. Showering sympathy leads to movement - and there is no harm at all to consider wondering about them - at home, all of us. . .

The way in which you ramified pros and cons of the migrant labourar is really praiseworthy.Being in the twenty first century and a part of the civilised society it is not so hard to realise their appetite.I think the quote ' they are given that much facility which keep them able to provide their output ' is much true today. The govt should take serious measures as they can have their bread and butter in a swift way .also we should make our view in a right way to them.appreciate it.

Plight Moving ‘The plight of a migrant labourer is a plight of mine in the morning.’ Migration is inescapable in a diverse Global family due to the trends that we see. Global pandemic unlike before, has quaked the quaking country so much, the whole world has been moving where people move in search of affordable lifestyle. Migration as ever, looks to be endless, measureless and unbounded that we could correlate our present scenario with that of history. Migration had been alarming in the past, exist in the present and would be in the future. Migration is defined to be the displacement of the poor or the rich to another region, continent or state border in search of better opportunity in hope of upgrading lifestyle. The glory of Migration lies in its ability to blend diversity and culture from one region to another. The gloom of Migration lies in its potent loss of skill and assest of one country to the another that is abroad. Migration had been Indian, European and African and American. Migration had been an annoyance due to adversity and so a privilege due to better lifestyle. Migration has solely affected the great Indian Diversity and forms of Global Migration. All continents of the world, East to West including - Asia, Africa, North & South America, Antarctica, Europe and finally, Australia shared and exchanged rich culture with one another. When one cultural group, in fact individual moves from the West to East, he not just steps in with better financial opportunity, rather carries with him his own etiquettes and diversify the culture of the particular region even more. Naturally, the Black and the slaves merged with one another and the Natives due to widespread migration that is natural and bound to happen. One can't escape ethnicity, global diversity and infinite languages which relates to Migration - immigration, emigration. Today, most countries are simultaneously countries of origin, transit and destination of migrants. Countries in both less and more developed regions face various challenges and opportunities associated with Migration. Much of the growth in international migration has been regular migration, typified by the mobility of workers and their family members. However, a country is a self-entity and observes infinite diversity that in turn can make internal migration so fascinating, that cultural etiquette and art forms become more diverse. Migration makes ethnic groups more diverse. Migration is an old trend and serves the psychological advancement of a migrant, not employment alone. New emigrant can't escape effects of environmental factors on him like temperature, sunlight fallen and distribution of hemisphere. Sunlight would define his skin colour and the melanin among endless ethnicity. Lives of Migrant workers had not been easy and could never be so easy due to dilemma, poverty and the fear attached. The urge to migrate had been one common happening - throughout global history; black tribes and the pastoralists. The Civil Rights Movement had been an end of slavery by the African Blacks, who emigrated to America. Discrimination of them by native white would be an example of hierarchy and the caste-based strata. Migration helped develop many Modern-states, have shaped labour dynamics around the globe, and have been a cornerstone for the global economy. Migration is a phenomenon, whose benefits can be maximised when countries of origin form dialogues and partnerships with countries of destination. There is a disproportionate number of females left behind. The ‘skills gap’ that exists in many host countries is filled by qualified migrants. Increased numbers of people add to the pressure on resources, such as health services and education. Aspects of cultural identity are lost, particularly among second-generation migrants. Entrenchment of attitudes which may encourage fundamentalism. Refugee and human displacement have been a feature and consequence of conflict within and between societies. Encompassing causes led the urge to migrate that would naturally bring with it - rich and the poor gap. Migration had been most popular among men to earn bread and also women had faced tough time and forced to earn. Lower-strata was left behind due to lack in skillset where foundation comes up help compensate the gap. Casteism have had always pushed the lower-caste backwards, privileging the upper-class upwards. Lower-class were the so called untouchables, and the dalits whom upper-caste prohibited entering temples during British era. Current scenario observes a migration based on a similar hierarchical scenario - of the Scheduled Castes, the Dalit and other backward class who struggle adjust themselves more during pandemic. Overall, past and the present both observes an endless struggle of the poor labourer who are kind of abandoned by the society at some levels. Harsh economic changes helps crush a migrant labour like a cusion in fear of losing life and inability to provide better opportunity to family, most importantly education to his offerings. Nonetheless, a migrant labourer doesn't make a million dollar and is the one to whom a regular feasible wage is not assured. For instance, a migrant labourer would be happy as wage is available while terrified whenever the need to settle place of origin or homeland. We call them as impelled or reluctant form of migrant labourer who is forced to travel homeland during pandemic, while crushed on the way of the livelihood nightmare attached. The lowest of the population, a Migrant labourer is fortunately the most which could be a blessing if their hardships addressed, and better if his offsprings could have the privilege to study better. Marginalized groups are the ones who suffer the most and the villages considered backward, would remain to be so until organisations come up for its upliftment. We see lives of migrant labourer had been never and whether be ever absolute independent, he needs rehabilitation always. The shame of belongingness to rural outskirts and the idea of hunger for children would be the greatest depressimg factor. The idea of getting no rehabilitation is a nightmare for him, his wife and concerned children of four. Everyday is a struggle for a bread. Emphasis on villages is extremely crucial and his poor financial stability and lack of talent adds him with the stereotype attached called the ‘backward migrant labourer’ who is helpless and so poor and who has no health facility for the same and is an uncultured and backward, therefore would granted less assistance and dignity. To address the same issue, several organisation exist for the welfare of those poor and help mitigate them and make the poor a merged entity with the rich - assuming that life for both must be feasible with a basic resource. Migrations had been unbalanced and prolonged with larger displacements and casualties. Migrants labour like the pandemic were seen during partitions. ‘Unstratified society with real equality of its members, is a myth that has never been realised in the history of mankind.’ Russia who dreamt of ‘Classless society’ can't escape a hierarchical attitude so far. Government officials provided relief works and rehabilitation, whereas women and children were looked after too. Migrant labourer is the only source of total net worth for his entire family. ‘We sustain through the storms and we borrow money to sustain and beg dignified lives if not otherwise.’ Hope that short-term employment is transient and shall go away. The Safety slogan of the Indian Railways, called the ‘Safety First’ is no more limited to Railways - Indian, German and Canadian but now appeals to all. Quarantine and mass migration had been a lesson that taught again, ‘Safety First’ for all. No more futureless - Migrant must be optimistic to not give up on hope of future mitigation rehabilitation for them, worldwide. Smuggled migrants are vulnerable to severe infringements to their human rights now. The rich-poor sector now together makes the billion of this global population, making the poor man, precisely more vulnerable. Within migrant labourer exist the caste-based division and the strata that is caste-based. Plight and migration trend merely revolve around a hardship story of a poor migrant labourer. The gist of Migration is nothing but the story of a poor man, or a young married boy just leaving his wife for the work throughout Indian history. Migration covered all - the great global leader and his authenticity. Lives had been never reliable, creditable and estimable. The child of a migrant labourer is supposed to spend the next seventy years of his lifetime in fear - and would remain to be so during a pandemic in loss of respectable wage for his lovely going family in the past, unless welfare spirit comes up to hold a hand. Loathsome eyes and abandonment for him because, “Am called a reservoir of utmost failure.” The endless traveller and a wanderer needs attention and shall be dignified. Hopelessness and the gloom arise not because issue not addressed - but because the humiliation and the injury followed. “I'm a poor Migrant labourer and my plight is complicated. My home destination is precious too and I wanna reach here safe and secure. I could be insignificant and sacrifice my life but legacy for my children is crucial - never stop struggle. Learn to earn your own attention, if not then mass movement that bold voice have had been heard in the past and shall be heard. Settling mediocre, is not am here for to teach my poor children. We would fight our rights and we would wipe our Plight ourselves.” Poor migrants must realize quarantine and nationwide lockdown is transient. Sympathy is the need of the hour if not anything else and paychecks. Simplest form of gratitude towards him could be Empathy that leads to mass movement - why not keep it at the toppest to address them whereas rehabilitation shall naturally follow. A migrant labourer somewhere across a time zone shall be set to aspire support - support from us, all of us including Government and the extra rich man. “I must not be ignored. Am an honour and I belong to everywhere. I need no attention!” “What could worsen the process is a sense sorrow that we all have at some point. Betterment comes with hope and better attitude whereas a sorrow shall curb the entire process into mishap and mess. Migrant labourer is a bold leader who lives homeless in the farmyard but sustain without paychecks. Confidence with a bag of hopefulness is all he can flaunt now.” His paradigm has gone limited, the global ignorance has turned him an imagery of failure who is psychologically shattered in his shady eyes. He could still see his homeland smile and the garden cry.” Plentiful Kudos to the young official who keeps the national prestige forward like a cakewalk - he offered a child poor migrant labourer help in rural outskirts at doorsteps. Every scenario demands a unique way of having them addressed to keep the economy and ‘happiness index’ going. Young professional and an elderly experience understands the scenario so well and the time is no longer for the outcome to touch doorsteps with existing excellence for the help given to those poor wanderers during pandemic. ‘Dignity First’ shall be our next slogan after ‘Safety First’ means a dignified poor. Migration is globally inescapable and for the sake of preserving essence, human world may dedicatedly choose channel effort towards educating right and taking one step towards empathy for the same. Our mission had been add focus on global issue irrespective of stubbornness over solution. ‘Whether or not the plight addressed, am sure the plight shall be heard and be addressed with flying colors. After all, imagination builds up an imaginative ‘Asia’ and honour this global entity that is one - a Moving Globe.’ ‘The plight is moving every morning.’ .
