Grameen Pragati Foundation and Shri Gusayanji Charitable Trust joined hands to successfully distributed food grains and essentials to the needy in Worli Koliwada.

Activities: 1. Provide grocery for 15 days for 1000 families at Worli Koliwada

2. Provide 250 PPE Kits and 5000 sanitizers to the Govt. of Maharashtra

This was done through the funds raised by the trust while the implementation was carried out by Grameen Pragati Foundation.

Impact/Outcome: The distribution of food grains, PPE Kits and sanitizers helped the people to combat the Covid-19 situation.

Project Name: Distribution of 100 Tin Sheets in Shrivardhan

About: Grameen Pragati Foundation in association with Raigad Police Department distributed 100 Tin Sheets under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Hon. Shri Anil Paraskar. These sheets were given to the Cyclone Nisarga affected families in Shrivardhan to help them cope with the on-going monsoon.

Activities:

1. Creating reports in coordination with district authorities like Additional Collector and Superintendent of Police, Raigad.
2. Coordinating ground-level efforts such as Relief and Rehabilitation, distribution of Dry Ration, Roof Sheets, etc.
3. Coordination with the Law and Order authorities related to relocation of affected families and their counseling.
4. Providing assistance in making reports on behalf of the affected families for them to avail damage assessment.
