At our NSDC Certified Skill Center in Mangaon, Raigad District, Maharashtra, we are committed to empowering rural youth by enhancing their skills for a successful future. In collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK), and Skill India, we offer comprehensive training programs designed to meet the demands of the modern workforce.
Our center provides specialized training in Solar PV Installation and Elderly Care. We are also working to establish a fully equipped Computer Lab to train rural youth in software development and various computing skills. Additionally, we are developing a training program focused on Electric Vehicle (EV) maintenance, creating unique job opportunities for the youth. All of our programs include job guarantees, ensuring that participants secure gainful employment upon completion.
At our training center in Kamareddy, Telangana, we offer targeted solar installation training for individuals from lower economic and social backgrounds. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we facilitate job placements to ensure sustainable employment for our trainees.
We have recently conducted a 45-day intensive training program covering Solar PV Installation and Data Entry Operations. This initiative is designed to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge, significantly boosting their employability in these expanding sectors.
